This Support Engineer role is a true blend of excellent customer service and delivering IT solutions and service for our clients, both remotely and on site.You’ll need to be a customer service superstar, who can fulfil clients’ expectations and who has a strong and intuitive understanding of multiple IT systems, networks and procedures. You’ll take ownership of customers’ enquiries, delivering effective solutions to them by being a natural communicator.Alongside expertly navigating incoming IT helpdesk tickets by phone and email, you’ll also play a key role in delivering projects on site with our customers.
In order to succeed, you’ll need an excellent working knowledge of Office 365, Windows Server Technologies, email and backup technologies, as well as experience of multiple hardware and software vendors – to name a few.
