Organisation
This statement applies to Sentis Managed Solutions Limited (referred to in this statement as ‘the Organisation’) and is made in pursuance of Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
We provide IT solutions to our clients who are predominantly UK based. This work is not seasonal.
Our work is carried out either in our office in Warrington, Cheshire or on client sites if needed.
Commitment
We are committed to ensuring that individuals are not subject to behaviour or threats that may amount to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and or similar human rights abuse.
The Organisation has not, to its knowledge, conducted any business with another organisation which has been found to have involved itself with modern slavery or which knowingly supports it.
Our Employees
Our internal vetting policies reduce the risk of modern slavery by ensuring employees have the right to reside and work in the UK.
Employees involved in recruitment or procuring suppliers are made aware of the need to look out for and escalate, any potential signs of modern slavery and are given appropriate guidance.

Our Business Ethics Policy also refers to Modern Slavery to remind employees that this legislation is relevant to our overall ethical approach to business.
