Mike Kkola – Service Desk Manager
A former Problem Manager for Network Rail and with over 17 years of experience working in challenging IT positions, Mike has a reputation as a first-rate problem solver. Highly qualified with certifications in Kepner Tragoe, Office 365 Administration and troubleshooting, Microsoft OS application support, ITIL Problem Management, ICS customer service activities and dozens more, Mike brings a wealth of value to the Sentis team and has a passion to progress staff to fulfil their goals.
Mike has strong credentials in support functions, service desk management and Microsoft ecosystems and has a proven track record of growing teams to ensure that service delivery speed, quality and reliability is second-to-none. Mike has already become an instrumental member of the team and his leadership and expertise ensures that every customer has a fantastic Sentis experience, with their IT running like clockwork.
Outside of Sentis, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and young sons, Dexter and Max, honing his archery skills and touring the UK on his motorbike.
Ruth Whalley – Financial Controller
Ruth is a highly regarded finance professional with significant experience running finance teams and operations to great success. With a background in manufacturing, Ruth is well-versed in managing complex finance systems and using her skills to support stronger businesses and operations can deliver the very best customer care and services. Ruth is also a qualified management accountant and lives locally in St Helens.
