We are pleased to announce that Amy Blackmore has joined the Sentis Managed Solutions team as Customer Service Advisor.
Amy’s role at Sentis Managed Solutions involves working with potential, new and existing customers to ensure that we achieve and maintain the highest level of customer experience possible.
Amy will be responsible for managing client communications and will take ownership of incoming customer service requests and incidents. Her experience in 1st & 2nd line technical support brings great insight of the challenges customer face when relying on IT systems to run their businesses.
